My Uber Taxi Promo Code SN8N1

Public transportation is something very close to my heart.

Key in this code "SN8N1"  into the Uber App and get RM 60 off for your 1st free ride.

Uber is an on demand service which matches passengers to drivers for a fee. Heading out to do errands, you can use Uber instead of driving your own car out.  I would not go so far to say it saves on petrol and parking but it really saves time and hassle.

The Uber app is available on Apple Appstore and Google Playstore.  As Uber uses a cashless system, you are required to key in credit card information into the App. All rides are charged to Uber BV. Drivers will get a small sum from the ride charges.

There are 2 types of rides, premium and budget. The premium rides are called UberBlack and the budget rides are called UberX. The difference is the type of cars that come to pick you up. UberX cars can range from the small Perodua compacts to Proton Inspira sedans while UberBlack cars are more luxurious in the form of Toyota Wish, Toyoya Altis, Honda Accord and sometimes even a BMW 3-Series.

For example, if you need a lift from KLCC, just enter in the place and then it will show the estimated time for the drivers to come over to pick you up. Click the > arrow and select the destination then the driver will arrived at roughly that estimated time. Once the car arrives, just hop inside and chill out, the driver will drive you to your destination and once there you just hop out, no cash in exchanged hands.

Looking to make extra cash driving people around ? Register with Uber using the following link below and you can use your own car to pick up drivers. If you drive during peak hours there are special incentive rates for that. In other countries like US, they use Hybrid vehicles to fetch passengers but in Malaysia the most economical car is Perodua  MyVi, Axia and the new Proton Saga.

Note : At the moment, Bukit Beruntung is way too far to hail an Uber car but hopefully things will change in the future. Anyway, whether you are a driver or passenger you will somehow find yourself in KL, PJ, Mont Kiara sometimes, these places have got lots of Uber cars around.
