This developer previously launched Taman Adenium 2 storey house project. The area called Adenium Business Center (where Suko Thai Restaurant is) was also previously developed by this developer.
The units comes with 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms. Perfect for big families. All bedrooms have direct attached bathrooms, gone are the days of sharing bathrooms. 1 of the room is at the ground floor while the 1st floor houses the other 3 rooms.
The best of all, the units are all freehold. From the map it is not very clear where the exact location is but it should be after the Public Bank Bukit Beruntung. I guess it's probably deep inside the housing area.

Note : I am not affiliated to them but have previously bought before their property. Their sales office is at Adenium Business Center, the row of yellow painting shops just outside the Bukit Beruntung toll plaza. I'm not sure if financing would be a problem or not but the best bet is probably getting financing from the developer's bridging financier or from Public Bank. The reason being is that most banks do not easily lend out money for the Bukit Beruntung location. Public Bank is the only bank around so financing should be ok as they would be local expert in the area.
