This place is located just behind the old shops housing Speedmart 99 and 7-11. Technically it's not facing main road as the older shops have already taken up that place. However, the wide road shoulder leading to the new shops improves the visibility and accessibility of the place. The corner unit is just in front of 7-11 would be the best unit for the entire development. Between the old shops and new shops are 2 rows of parking which is also another plus point the old shops and new shops are not back to back to each other.
The development seems to be progressing fast and should complete by 2nd quarter of 2018. I believe this are would have potential to bloom once the new shops near Tesco becomes fully occupied.
The plus points I see is :
- Sufficient parking space
- Wide road
- Double storey, better than the existing single storey
