Condominium living is a foreign concept to people in Bukit Beruntung. People living in condominiums love to brag about their swimming pools and gym facilities, they say they don’t mind sacrificing land and live in high rise as rich facilities and surrounding amenities more or less make up for the lack of space.
In Bukit Beruntung, there’s actually a public swimming pool at the Bukit Beruntung Golf and Country Club (BGCC). Entrance fee is only RM10 per person, no need to pay those condominium maintenance fees. The place is surprisingly well maintained given the Bukit Beruntung area.
