Pirates hijack factory

Some owners of abandoned factory units in Bukit Beruntung are crying foul that their units are being occupied illegally by pirates. I refer them as pirates because these people occupy people’s units without paying them rent.

What these pirates will do is find a few empty abandoned factory units, fence up the area and then start operating their business. One such business setup by the pirates is making signboards. Instead of renting bigger factories, they just hijack existing owners's factory units so it saves them money.

From the pirate’s perspective they probably are not thinking they are doing any harm as nobody’s going to rent at all only 4 walls left. From the owner’s perspective this is pure thievery.
