This is quite an ambitious project by Da Land. Expected to complete in 5 years. It's located just next to Rawang toll. If this thing falls through, Bukit Beruntung residents will have a 1 Utama and Sunway Lagoon like place within their vicinity. It's about time as in the South we already have 1 Utama of the South called IOI City Mall.
The developer is quite a new developer, so far their maiden project called LakeClub Parkhome looks good, prices already risen nearing to RM 800K level.
According to the developer, the Two is short form for ThemePark, Wholesale City and Premium Outlet. It's ambitious because of the scale of the project and attempting to do 3 major projects which the developer do not have experience in. It all boils down to getting the right partners who can fill in the expertise that the developer lacks.
